Take notice of how beautiful the clouds are during the month September. Have you wondered why they are so alive? The answer has many parts, but in a nutshell, the climate is perfect for big fluffy clouds -- by the way, the big fluffy clouds that look like anvils and are dark at the bottom, are also known as "thunderheads"). But basically, it is the climate. The sun warms the ocean water, which in turn, vaporizes and forms clouds. The clouds travel generally north this time of year so we get those huge clouds. Once a cloud passes over land, the heat reflected by the land pushes the cloud higher, so you get them topping out at 50,000 feet. The clouds then bring rain -- nature's way of converting salt water to sweet water.
The clouds you see way up, that look feathery and all -- those can be magnificent as well.

Next time you visit the tropics, take a look at the clouds. You may see something very interesting. As the clouds get closer to the Island, they get bigger and bigger almost like a slow explosion. Also, the clouds are drawn to the island because the island heats the air and the air rises at that point. The warm air must be replaced, so air from besides the island moves in. That movement of air is what draws the clouds to the island and gives you that tremendous show. There is more... but that should leave you in awe for a while.
